Cardio sucks
Maybe it’s just all the cardio I did preparing for the last figure show, but now, it’s a total turn off!! I’d rather lift weights. I could do that all day! I did back and abs yesterday and a light cardio session. I actually got more sweaty and smelly lifting than doing cardio. It’s just more interesting and more efficient. I know I have to do cardio I’m just whining cause my lats are sore!!!

Cardio - cardio - we either love it or loathe it - though it is the most difficult to do when we have a problem. Hope its minor and you are back at it soon.
