OK, Muscle Milk is out of the diet, replaced with lower fat/calorie higher protein shake. Cutting back on the carbs for the next couple of weeks, about 50-65 per day. Cardio in the am 6x for minimum of 30 minutes with 2 days of afternoon cardio.
Every other week I’ll add another day to the afternoon cardio.

PMS sucks!!

This past week I was ruled by my hormones, uugh!!! I got back on track today: 40 min cardio on empty stomach this am, then shoulders and back in the afternoon then another 30 min of cardio. My trainer said my back and shoulders are looking great!! I had no idea Muscle Milk had so much fat!!! I’m usually good about reading labels-I should have known it tasted to good. My trainer said it had to go. Whatever it takes. Can’t wait to do cardio again tomorrow (no really) and see some results.

Supplement free…

I’ve stopped taking all those supplements. Only have coffee in the am and maybe in the afternoon for a pick me up. I feel so much better off that crap!!! I’m still really sore from my Monday workout, especially my butt, it actually feels like I strained my left glute! Oh well. Need to take pics and post them.
