Tuesday, September 11th, 2007OK, Muscle Milk is out of the diet, replaced with lower fat/calorie higher protein shake. Cutting back on the carbs for the next couple of weeks, about 50-65 per day. Cardio in the am 6x for minimum of 30 minutes with 2 days of afternoon cardio.
Every other week I’ll add another day to the afternoon cardio.
