Great day yesterday!
Calories were in check, workout was killed. I blasted my legs by supersetting leg extentions and leg curls to failure, proceeded with some abdominal work, then did heavy triples on the pendulum squat (10 plates for 3×3 reps.).
I think that Im pretty much back on track. Im still having cravings for carby food but they are minimal now. Im thinking that a couple more days and a solid weekend and they will be gone.
170lbs and 8% bf here we come!
