Had another strict day yesterday. Diet was excellent, had a great chest/shoulder/tri (push, volume) workout. Rollerbladed my dog for about an hour in 35 celcius heat with 60% humidity….I was soaked, worked a 13 hour day, and hit the hay! 4 days super strict now, should be burning fat like crazy!
I may skip my back/bi (pull, volume) workout today since Im working in Cambridge. It depends on how im feeling once my workday is done, atm, Im pretty beat, but it is 8:00am….Im sure I will wake up!

Calories were in check, workout was killed. I blasted my legs by supersetting leg extentions and leg curls to failure, proceeded with some abdominal work, then did heavy triples on the pendulum squat (10 plates for 3×3 reps.).
I think that Im pretty much back on track. Im still having cravings for carby food but they are minimal now. Im thinking that a couple more days and a solid weekend and they will be gone.
170lbs and 8% bf here we come!

Had a rough weekend, which has always been my vice. My weeks are pristine when it comes to nutrition and training, but once the weekend comes I want to let loose. I strayed from my diet which I wasnt too happy about, but I got right back to it Monday. Im going to stay extra busy this weekend so that I dont get tempted by anything.
This weekend has been great so far for nutrition and exercise, and the lbs are starting to fall off! Just have to keep it consistant and I will be right back in the groove shortly, then there is no stopping me!

I prioritized shoulders today. I started by super setting overhead presses and upright rows as compound movements. I then moved on to single jointed exercises like side delt raises and then rear delts. I worked my shoulder to failure and my bi’s and tri’s to sub failure.
Nutrition is great.

Just finished my leg workout and it was great! I supersetted leg extensions and leg curls for 20ish reps to sub failure and then followed with the MedX squat for triples to failure. Finished up with some ab work, Im feeling pretty good.
Going to get my dog out for an hour or so after work, just LISS though, I dont rollerblade on leg days.

….and it is going to continue to roll! I had a great day yesterday. Workout was awesome, nutrition was pristine, rollerbladed my dog for an hour, ate a steak, was in bed by 10:30pm. The only thing I did wrong was stayed up too late watching Gangs of New York I would like to have my eyes shut by 10:00pm.
Meat is cooked, but will eventually be raw again, eggs are all raw, and I get my raw milk tomorrow, which is a good thing because I need it!
Cant wait to get this bloat off of me and peel the fat off!

So my old ways got the better of me for quite some time. Ive spent the past 6-7 months binge eating and not staying very active. Its caused me to be less prductive at work, neglect my dog, sleep and feel like ****, put me into near bankrupcy, gain 30-40lbs of bf, and caused me to be severly depressed.
Im getting back on track starting today. I hit the gym and had a great chest/back workout. My nutrition has been stellar so far and it will continue to be indefinetely. My plans are to rollerblade my dog tonight for an hour, then go home and eat a steak.
I plan on posting in this blog more often to keep track of my progress and keep myself motivated. I have the tools and knowledge to cut bf and gain lean mass, I just have to stick to it.
I am a rock.

Haha, Im really bad at writing in this regularyly, but I like to every once and a while to look back on the weight Ive lost. So this morning I was 204, one day after a 60 hour dirty carb up, from 197lbs. I didnt drink any alcohol, but I did eat whatever I wanted. Been doing pretty much ALL raw eating for about 2 months and it is going well. Doing a PSMF 12oz raw top sirloin 2x a day, thats it! Fats and carbs increased on weekends, still eating only raw items. Carbs come from fruits, veggies, raw nuts, raw milk, raw quark. Fats are from the raw milk, raw cream and raw butter. We’ll see how long it takes to get to 180!

Hahaha, so this is nuts! My birthday was on Sunday April 6th, on Friday April 4th I weighed in at 229lbs, an all-time low for me, by Monday I weighed 240, heres how it happened. Friday night I had some pizza with some buddies while playing Call of Duty 4 on Xbox live (I know Im a geek), I was good all day Saturday during the day, then the partying began, went out to a couple bars, had some beers, shots (Jager 29g cabs per ounce), the hunger set in and I ate 2 massive pitas! Sunday during the day wasnt too bad, it was a really nice day so I sat on my buddies deck, had a caesar, mix drink or 2 and some nachos and salsa. My parents made me a Steak and Eggs type dinner which consisted of a 16 ounce Porterhouse and about 30 deviled eggs (I ate the majority of them), now remember this is my actual birthday day now, and here is where it gets bad. My sister in-law busts out a baileys cheesecake, and Im a sucker for cheesecake, but I dont over do it, I had a 2 slices and stopped there! 15 Minutes later my buddy calls, "were going out for beers" he says! He twisted my rubber arm and we went out, pounded down 6 pitchers between 3 of us and an appetizer platter, hammered drunk, we get back to my place (by way of his sober girlfriend) and I ask him if he wants a slice of cheesecake, because Id rather share it then down it myself, he started grabbing handfuls of the cheesecake (pretty funny) so I started doing it aswell, between the two of use we finished the 2nd half of the cake, and thats where it stops. I know I had a TON of calories that day but not enough to make me gain 11lbs! By Tuesday morning I was 233 and my Saturday It took me a full 7 days to get down to 229lbs again!
My lesson learned, Im DONE with drinking and binging, even if I say to myself that I havnt done it in awhile, I dont care, it sets me back waaaaaaay too much! 7 days I mean come one, a couple hours of pleasure for 7 days of hard work, thats BS! Zero drinking until I reach my goal and hold it for a month!

Went to Brady’s today an got saw drug free, all natural striploin and ate half of it up 100% raw. Its going to take some getting used to but its not all that bad actually. Im going to try and sprinkle a little sea salt onto it to see if having it lightly seasoned makes it a little more enjoyable.
