Hernia slowing me down
The last two weeks have really stunk when it comes to working out. If you have ever worked out with a hernia you know you can go months feeling great and then with one wrong move(mine was one squat too deep) you are in uncomfortable pain for a while. I had to skip the gym except cardio for the last 10 to 14 days to get it back to normal. Finally hitting the gym today and getting back to it(just no deep squats). Gotta drop 13lbs at least before sept 8(have a 10day mountain climb planned). Time to get busy again.
