					<description>you probably will have not lost any muscle at all, just a little of the muscle tone and strength.  best thing is, when getting back into it after a break your body has 'muscle memory' and will respond well.  

a clean diet can aid weight gain, or weight loss depending on the calorie content.  you are much more likely to improve body composition rather than gain or drop a few pounds which also gives the impression of a leaner figure.

					<description>That cracks me up - I just asked my hubby the other day if we were still the only people on the planet that didn't have internet or cable! It's important for me to keep my kids away from that junk because they won't be active. Hence the gross amount of child obesity in this nation. So NO you aren't the only one that doens't have that crap - (even though it's fun at times to zone out and watch TV I admit) I agree with the other girls comments - just makes you sluggish!</description>
