Whom is responsible ??
Tuesday, March 27th, 2007for training folks at the gym …. in the last 2 months ive had :
Some guy start doing sit-ups 6 inchs away from me , while im doing Dumbell press w/130’s . Put his head RIGHT where the weights were gonna get dropped…
Got mad at me for commenting on his choice of locations ( in front of the dumbell rank, and beneath me doing DB) for doing situps. If i drop the weight on his head who gets the Darwin award , me or his next of kin ? ?
Watched our super cardio Personnal Trainer’s take up not one not two but all four of the free benchs directly in from of the dumbell racks, in order to do step ups ( peak hours !! )
Same guy has ALL his clients doing swiss ball exercises , even if they cant stand up without a walker
Had a trainer set up 5 different stations, peak hours again to "circut train" no bench , no smith , no dumbells, no nada. Was told " you need to add variation into your workout anyway"
Had Super leg guy set up all the leg machines, agian at peak hours , and proceed to camp for a hour and half. When he was done left every machine Fully racked out . i spent 15 minutes helping some lil old lady rack weights , and explaining that not everyone is a unreconstructed meathead. Poor thing, she had the same right as Super Leg Guy to use the equipment. I never saw her again ( hey Super Leg Guy , diet , cardio , please acknowledge . you look like ass)
Spun out meth Freak working out so fast that he was a blur. no place for meth in a gym

working out is something different to everyone. for me , i wipe down my stations when im done , help the noobs and tolerate the idiots. . . best i can do daily
