sup, everyone…..umm yea i haven’t been keeping up with my workout, and im running low mentally. i guess its the weather here, but also i was concentrating on my chemistry final and i passed. i can see that my abs are showing a bit more and i miss the morning pain i had lol i know that sounds crazy but no pain no gain, just gotta keep at it, been cooking and eating healthy, but tomorrow i’l get back to lifting and other stuff. im gonna do more research to help me get to my goal.

well i just got finished my workout and i must say that i feel like i did bad, i know that when you first start something you won’t be good at it at first and it takes time, so thats what im counting on. I took cellmass this morning and i just took it again after my workout. It has a really good taste to it, i really have to say that this is by far the best tasting creatine i’ve tried, and while doing my workout, it felt like my chest was getting fuller. So tomorrow is the ab work out god knows how hard i’ll be straining, but it has to be done. I’ll take a new pic maybe every week. here are the results from todays workout, i already know it sucks you dont have to tell me lol. I did 2 sets of everything.

well i start my workout on monday, i’ve got my supplements ready. my cellmass, and ON Whey Protein, which will arrive wednesday. my routine will be hard in the begin but i can’t wait to see result. I’ll keep updates on here.
