Hi all! I’m new to this site, but it’s exactly what I was looking for! I want to lose fat, gain muscle, and completely transform my fat body. I started eating clean (I refuse to say "diet") almost 2 weeks ago. In addition, I walk on the treadmill @ 8% incline 5 days a week. I haven’t worked up the courage to venture to the weights section of the gym (lotta men in there), although I used to lift weight right alongside the men years ago! I know the importance of the weights though, so I do lift at home 3-4 days a week.
I’m okay with the eating clean thing, but the vegetable part of it is getting annoying! I’ve discovered and created some good clean eating recipes that have allowed me to stick to eating healthy. Must be working, I lost 7 lbs in a little over a week! Just can’t wait to see this big belly and huge thighs go down a bit…
