need advice…

I am doing my first figure fitness show Oct.. how do you now whether or not you have asymmetry??? I know they judge for this but can you see it? or does it need to be measured? probably a stupid quetsion i just want to be ready.. thanx

    The judges are looking for symmetry. The best way to do it is to set up a camera with a delayed flash or have someone else take a picture of you. Then take a look at your photos and see is your symmetrical; meaning if you cut your body in half, would it fold in on itself. Is your left bicep bigger than your right. Does your traps peak out differently on one side than the other? Even if you are not symmetric, you could flex your muscles in certain wait to create the appearence that they are symmetrical.

    Besides photos, measurements help as well.

    Hope my 2 cents helps.
