Things are going along well. I am getting bigger, my shoulders are capped (is that right?) and I am wider across my back, my quads are sticking out and my butt is higher….but I feel a little slower and I can’t wait to starting leaning out BUT still 12 weeks to go before my 16 week cut.
ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ bulking is still boring…………………
