Getting A Little Fatter But A Lot Stronger…………
Well after probably the 3rd or4th month into bulking I am getting so strong. I can’t believe how much I can lift now and every 6 weeks I am pushing the numbers up further. I understand for the 1st 2 weeks after I go up I have the worst workouts, struggling, needing spots and feeling exhausted and weak, on the 3rd week I am pumping…….I can’t believe how much things can change. This week is the 3rd week….I have had the most unbelievable workouts and most of the time I didn’t even feel like going to the gym! Now for a good next 3 weeks and then I will be struggling again
Eating lots and not ALL clean. I am finding it hard to stay 100% clean during bulking and of course now my pants are getting a little tight…I hate that feeling.
I have added another gym day for my lagging hamstrings…they are a body part which is not responding as well as the rest, I have to accept that I will have a frustrating body part. It also doesn’t help that I carry the most fat in my legs..esp up the top. I am getting my head around the HIIT which I will start when I start cutting….oh joy of joys……….
