I forgot to add the amount of food I have to consume, clean of course, which makes it seem like it’s 4 times as much. Also the shopping, weighing, preparing, bagging, and storing…I am bored of chicken and fish…

I haven’t played basketball since my strained hamstring. I still haven’t told the team about the decision to stop. I am going to miss the finals, I can’t chance the more serious injury.
So I am living the quiet life, husband is home a lot and we are designing the gardens and entertaining areas…lucky I am not doing much because I won’t have any money anyway.
I am gaining muscle, arms are looking bigger along with the the shoulders etc. I don’t think I have gained too much fat as my jeans are still fitting my waist the same. People are starting to notice at the gym now!
I am looking into my posing routine and am getting the music done. I need to be overly prepared for this part because I am so uncordinated…This will be my most nerve racking thing about the comp.
