Leg Day and I am Starvingggggggggggg
Friday, May 30th, 2008Boy!! I am hungry!! and I mean hungry. I eat a meal and then not 30minutes later I am ready to eat again. I suppose it will settle down, I am lifting more and more and haven’t missed any workouts. I am trying to eat very clean except for Friday nights when I have a treat dinner and some lollies (candy).
Upped my weights on my leg day today. Am now squatting 45kgs (99lbs) and walking lunges 3 x 20 with 66lbs. I am pleased that I am breaking through my plateau. I think MM has helped. Didn’t do cardio in the gym as I had to walk the dog (30mins) and then running up and down the basketball court whilst coaching my daughters under 8’s team.
Rest day tomorrow……
