Missed yesterday due to the worst day in history!! I mean worse…anyway…
Today did chest and tri’s (should have been yesterday) and abs (for today)
10m warm up (5 mins walk, 5 min hard run)
4 x 12 bench press
4 x 12 chest flies
4 x 12 dips
3 x 12 rope extensions
2 x 12 hanging leg raises
3 x 15 incline reverse leg raise
3 x 15 crunches
3 x 15 weighted machine crunches
30m fast walk after
and stretches
Felt very exhausted after but a banana in my shake fixed that!
At the gym I am very focused on my workout, I have my ipod in at all times and music on, no eye contact at all, no smiling or looking at anyone (except the receptionist). I go in the morning so there are not so many people there…..well……last week I had some regular guy trying to make eye contact with me and today he comes right up to me whilst I was filling my water and gives me a big smile. I looked like an idiot because I was so surprised and must have had such a weird look on my face….lol..tomorrow I am going in blinkers. It is not that I am not a friendly person (normally I am extremely talkative and friendly) but my gym time is exactly that!
I had to buy some gloves today as I think when my husband comes back tomorrow he is not going to be delighted with my "man hands" lol he did warn me and said he doesn’t care how many muscles I get but would find the hard hands a turn off!!!! lol fair enough!!
My eating is still crap…but at least my protein intake is enough…arggghhhh can’t wait to get my routine in order.
