Back…….

Back in Moscow now and don’t things feel better. No family, friends and business associates wanting their piece of you. I am sure I will start to miss Australia soon but only 10 more weeks here and I am back there for good.

So came back stronger but slightly heavier (still haven’t replaced batteries in scales) but I don’t mind, I know I need to tweek my diet, and get back into cardio….no problems!!! Well I said no problems…then I rung the gym….they are closed for another week…under remont (Russian word for renovation) arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Moscow is not a place you can go out onto the street and do cardio….no possibility. So this week is concretrating on diet and cooking and getting over a lovely cold I have from a generous soul on the plane.

Need to work a plan for fitting my gym time when I get back in November…..that is something else I can concretrate on this week.

More boring blogging to come…..aren’t you all glad?????

Going well for the last couple of days. Have been able to go out for my cardio sessions, lift heavy and eat clean! Lifting well although still the only woman in the gym lifting…they all hang in the cardio room! I did see one woman today on the machines and she was going for it…….doing 6 sets in a row on a variety of machines with no break……she wouldn’t stop! Man i wish I had her energy….although maybe not her injuries.

Enjoying my lifting so much that cardio feels like a bore!!! I never thought I would say that!!

Need a kick up my A$$ with my eating!!!

Oh my lifting is going well and cardio ok but my eating is very bad. Finding it hard out of my routine, visiting people and different choices to eat clean. It can’t be THAT hard…in fact it should be easier, I am in Australia for heavens sake!!!! My husband is back in Moscow and I am here alone with the kids who are not in school. I am able to go to the gym but not for long and this means no longer cardio sessions at the moment. Would love to walk/run at night after doing lifting in the morning but struggling to fit this in with the kids!!!!! Even more of a reason to keep my eating under control and need to get it right again!! Am still using fitday trying to make myself accountable…….

On a good note….I am lifing very well and have added weight to my squats, deadlifts and bench press!!  and am loving the strength i have.

Just got to eat clean, eat clean, eat clean, eat clean, eat clean, eat clean!!!!!!!!!
