FINALLY
Monday, April 30th, 2007After 3 weeks of sickness (mine and kids)…I am back to the gym. Walked down there tonight, set treadmill on 5% incline and walked/ran 6kms. Was soooooo good! I don’t care that I will be sore tomorrow because it felt great. Loved running with the incline, I could go slower (good for the joints) and still feel a little out of breath, sweating but sort of able to sing along to the ipod.
Walked home and even Moscow didn’t feel so bad!
My diet today was good today, lots of salad and oats this morning. One area of improvement would be the 2 handfuls of M and M’s!!!!!!!!
