    I have a month left of maintaining/cutting before I start my bulk when my next semester begins in september.

    Currently on a 5 day split

    Monday-Legs

    Tuesday-Chest

    Wednesday-Back

    Thursday-Shoulders

    Friday-Arms/Calves

    Hadnt hit 100s since i hurt my shoulder in January

    Smith machine Incline Bench Press
    135 x 15
    155 x 12
    175 x 8 (drop set) 135 x 6

    dips
    BW x 25
    BW+25 x 20
    BW+45 x 12
    BW+70 x 8 (drop set) BW to failure 12 reps

    DB flys
    40 x 12
    50 x 10
    60 x 8

    Over all good day and happy im doing weight i was doing while in the 170s earlier this year
