Well right now I’m working on a mass and strength program since it’s cold weather season. So far so good. Going to be interesting these next few months seeing how much strength and mass I gain. For some reason I haven’t been able to get my bench back over 300 in sometime but that’s something to fix for the winter.

Well folk I’m still grinding away at the gym. I’ve been doing a new program lately and it’s been working wonders for my strength levels. Although I should test my maxes out sometime soon. Can’t believe this month is about over already. On to the fall and football season!

Well tonight is a in between night for my workouts. So far things are going good with the new program I started doing. Of course it’ll be awhile before the results start to show but I’m starting to feel some a bit. Tomorrow will be interesting no doubt.

Oh yeah it’s been a long while since I’ve posted on this blog. I’m still working out but life has gotten hectic. Today is the start of a new approach to my workouts. I had been doing the same thing over and over for the longest time and I’m not getting much out of it anymore. Here’s to a new adventure!

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all that are tuning in. Well my workouts of late have been going pretty well. Although I feel now is the time to take a little time away from the weights. Maybe a week but no more then that. Sometimes it’s good to give yourself a break to let the body heal and recharge. I have a some nagging pain in my right shoulder that flares up every once in awhile. Hopefully this blog finds everyone in good health and in great spirits! Till next time!

Well today was shoulder and traps day for me. Turned out very well even the cardio was great. I feel like I’m clicking on a cylinders these days. Here’s to good times.

Well folks it’s me again just giving a little update. Well I’m making nice progress strength wise. I just need to fix my diet and things will fall into place eventually. My present program has served me well thus far. Basically three sets per exercise with the weight getting heavier with each set. Rep range is usually 5 to 12 on avg. Also I do cardio every time I workout for at least 15 min at the least but I try to shoot for at least a half hour. I’ll probably make a few tweaks to it soon enough. Well anyway till next time. Well folk it’s been sometime since my last blog. I’ve been working hard at the gym as usual getting stronger and stronger with each workout. The holiday’s are coming and the stress that comes with it also. Fortunately I feel I have a general idea of how things will work out this year. Maybe I’ll get a ton of supps this year if I’m good. LOL

Well after a week off I finally went back into the gym today. It felt good and I didn’t experience any significant lose as far as strength. Also was able to run for longer bursts on the treadmill also. I can’t believe how much I missed that place. Although a break at least one week every other month might be in order for me.

Well I am now about half way done now with this one week break from the gym. So far I am not really liking it very much but I do whatever to stay active be it running or just doing body weight exercises with lots of stretching. This week can’t end soon enough!
