1 MORE MONTH TO GO…

Sorry for the delay…Ya boy has been mad focused on school and training….

The diet is going exxxxxxxxcellent..Well except for wednesday and thursday…LOL obviously those today were jacked up but not as bad I it could have been.Nonetheless,it was good to stuff my face a lil.

I weighed in sunday last week..164….Obviously after thanksgiving I wont be there,but hey,I feel good.Training going real well and Im just getting stronger every week.I deadlifted 375×6x4 on thursday and shocked the heck out of myself… The next month will be soooo detrimental… I will be so tight on my diet because right now I am sitting at 9 percent body fat…I want that 7 so bad…So I will drop my calorie intake jusssssst a bit.I will.There will also be alot more tuna and wheat sandwiches and my protein intake will increase.Im sure Mr.Andrich will set something up for me. I just my body to be conditioned the best it can be.Who knows…I said I wanted to be 162…If 158 comes then that would be great!!! But all this means nothing if I do not pass all my classes this semester so I can transfer.I have this huge computer test I need to pass…..If you guys are praying people,please pray for me because I have to learn microsoft powerpoint,excel and access in 2 and a half weeks..My body and mind will be going through so major changes and I can only get stronger from here on…..Wish me luck!!!

OTAY OTAY TAY….

Diet is going well..

This week was officially my hardest week of training. I did 5 days on the track and I may even train a little today. I need to get my body in optimal form…I can definetely see the body fat drop in the mirror.

I have figured out that writing everything I eat doesnt work for me,so I will just shre my dieting experiences for now on and give good quality updates.

I am going to posting pictures sunday morning so peeps can see my progress.

Other than that…things are well,just trying to succeed and be an all american.

Theme for today:Pain…everyday I train,I am in pain because of the type of running I have to do..Lactic acid is a regular visitor and its quite a mental block.But in reality pain is a everyday part of life and everyone must deal with it whether it is working out,life,love or anything..Just something we have to deal with..I will learn to cope better.We all must.

Im on my way to this stomach..I just gotta stay strong..

Can you believe it?

80% on my math test……….Hard work pays off.It really does.I will continue it. I am going to bed but I wanted to get my meals down.

 

Meal 1:Snickers marathon bar.

Meal 2:Protein shake,2 apples.

Meal 3:Protein shake,snickers marathon bar.

Meal 4:Chicken Breast,3 eggs

Meal 5:Protein shake apples..

 

No more candy,.More rest,more studying,more training. I have to suceed.I have no choice..

 

Theme:Determination.Enough said.

CRUNCH TIME

Nothing to report..The last 2 days were just kind of chill,plus today was my refeed day but it really didnt feel that way. Now it is time for to really get down to business.

 

Todays weight in:169 lbs.

Weight looks good and so does my body but everything has to get cleaner now and I need to step my training and studying up which i will in the name of God..Please of complaining coming soon.

I got lots of hurdles to clear,and I will do it this time

.

I just really gotta start in the danger zone…..

Whats Good?

Meal 1: My mom has a home day care,so when there is company I dont leave the room because its usually a child care inspector. So I had two snickers marathon bars

Meal 2: Protein shake,snickers marathon bar.Man my workout was brutal today.

Meal 3:Protein shake and vegan chili.

Meal 4:Protein shake and chai tea.

Meal 5.Wheat toast and chicken breast.

I feel good,my diet will forsure have to tighten up though.

I just need to step everything up though. I am just going to focus on doing things correctly and hope I can stay healthy and get leaner.

 

Theme: Be realistic..A lot of things in life we want to do,we really cant see ourselves doing.But if you really feel your goals are realistic,you can achieve..Just be realistic

Sleep time!!!

Time to get into a habit of sleeping…

The different between great athletes….they eat and sleep correctly.Huge parts taken care of ur body.

 

Meals1:Toast Protein shake apple

Meal 2:Wheat toast,apple and chicken breast

Meal 3:Some baked tortilla chips(low fat of course.these are my favorite snack).

Meal 4:Some crackers and two scoops of protein,skim milk.

 *I love the totilla chips to much…so what im going to do is put them in zip lock bags and snack on them so I dont over eat.

This week has gone by sooo fast.

 

More work to do…

Finally…

Thursday, November 2nd, 2006

The math test is over and I will stress a little bit until I get my grade,but right now I feel good that I can chill a bit.The reason that my math class is so important,is because it is the last hurdle before I transfer. If I dont pass,I dont transfer,plain and simple.Grades come first even if training suffers and diet. I can be an all american unless I get to school.My training will catch up eventually but I have to focus.

Meal 1: 2 packs Oatmeal with milk

Meal 2:Brown rice,chicken breast

Meal 3:2 chicken Breast and a granola bar

Meal 4:Brown rice,protein,and a protein shake.

 Tommorow I can resume training which I will in the morning.

Im proud of myself..my diet is going well.Im under eating a lil but I am getting there. I want to have striations like crazy.My weight training is crazy and with my cardio and the diet Mr.Andrich provided me,I should be gangsta..You just worry a lil….

 

Anyway

Theme:Time management:Im learning it big time. I have to with training,school and work…Anyone have any suggestions?

Mea1:Snickers marathon bar/protein shake with skim milk

Meal 2:Wheat bread with butter/apple slices and a small piece of baked pork chop.

Meal 3:snickers marathon bar/chai tea with milk

Last two things I had were protein shakes with skim milk.

No training today.I had a lot to study for.

Say a prayer for me guys…Im gonna need it today..

 

Theme:Faith.Well all things look bad,you gotta have faith.

Meal 3:(post workout)-Brown rice chicken breast

Snack Protein shake and apple.

I gotta sleep more..Big test wednesday….
