Gained size, Lost body fat!
So, I went on this new workout regiment where I wanted to gain some size in my upper body. After two months of working with this regiment I gained 6 pounds of muscle and I dropped .2 percent body fat! I was really impressed; I’m so pleased with this accomplishment, because at first I was very nervous about gaining size, because I didn’t want it to be fat. I was very pleased with the results! I’m still doing this regiment because I want to gain a few more pounds of muscle and then completely just shredd! Can’t wait until that happens!
