Adela Garcia OUT of the Olympia!
Sad news to report. Reigning champ, Adela Garcia has suffered an injury and will require knee surgery sometime next week. The 3x Champ is disappointed that she will not be back to defend her title but tells me she will be back and expects a full recovery. Read more about it on HARDBODY.com.

well this really is a shame,
We really, really will miss Adela backstage this year! She is an amazing competitor and one of the nicest, most caring women I have had the pleasure of becoming friends with in this sport. ACL tears suck, but I have no doubt that she will come back even stronger next season.

I feel for Adela. I’m a Fitness Competitor from Bermuda and I am unable to compete this year because of the same injury. You and Jen are the tow reasons I come to the Olympia. You will be a miss.

This is a bad news for the fans of Adela. I pray for her health.
