First Contest Report
Monday, October 5th, 2009My first contest, Mr. Natural Indiana, was a memorable experience. I competed only in the Grandmaster Division (50 & over), as I didn’t want to overload my circuits the first time out with crossovers into other divisions..
I placed 5th of 6 competitors and was quite pleased with my showing. I was as well prepared physically as I hoped for and my posing was as technically correct as I had practiced for hours previously. I have no excuses or regrets. I was beaten by better men. I posted a few contest pics. Check them out and judge for yourself.
I know I have much to work on and develop more mass in several areas. Maybe next spring or early summer, if I have improved, I will dare to compete again. It was fun and all the competitors were super ladies and gentlemen.
