Personal Potential

How does one know when they have reached their personal potential for fitness? There must be a genetic and physiological ceiling to progress. When does one know when the investment is exceeding the dividends returned for the effort?

hmm, I don’t think I have one, I was told to unlock my potential and somewhere down the line I threw away the key. There are so many things I haven’t tried physically that are calling my name, for me it is time well spent but that is just me, find your groove and enjoy this crazy thing called life. I wish you well on your road to discovery.

I would say that blessed is the man/woman that actually goes the distance and reaches the limit of their potential. I believe our confidence, motivation, and pursuit of our goal waviers long before we have exhausted our true supply of God given strength and talent. We tend to blame our shortcomings on external influences rather than looking to the internal weakness that abides within the man seeking to succeed by his own strength.
Jesus said, "Without Me you can do nothing"..(John 15:5). I believe that and try to live by that truism each day. "I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me"..(Phil 4:13)
