Alcohol is not a very good drink even if your not training. I guess everyone knows that.</description>

					<description>I'm not passing judgement on anyone. I just wanted to know where the calories come from. But since we are confessing, I don't drink, but can't seem to give up chewing..ughh! I know it's nasty when someone else does it!!...lol</description>

					<description>So, alcohol is neither a protein, carb, or fat? Is that why they call it &amp;amp;#34;empty&amp;amp;#34; calories? It has no redeming qualities other than fuel for energy or is stored as fat. If it's stored as fat it has to be a carbon chain member and would therefore have to have a designation of some sort. Or am I totally looking at it wrong?</description>

					<description>How could you forget to calculate the alcohol content? Its BEER! In any entry level nutrition class you learn that fat has 9kcal, alcohol has 7kcal, and protien and  carbs have 4 kcal each.</description>
