I remember my HS Basketball coach talking while we were doing wall squats - How long can the human body endure pain, suffering, and fatigue?  Exactly 5 minutes longer than you think it can...

					<description>I must admit that I was a little smug the other day at the gym.  A guy in his 30s was hitting the weights on exercises I had planned to do too.  On every lift I was moving more iron than the kid was :)</description>

					<description>I just turned 40 and I feel aches and pains every morning but it are really think about it I did when I was 20 also.  Due to my spinal cord injury I have some arthritis and bursitis and probably some other kind of sitis as well!  But like you said you have to push through it and when she do you feel great at least I do!</description>

					<description>WELL SAID!  Age is not an excuse to avoid the hard work of staying healthy &amp;amp;#38;amp; fit.  I feel better at 47 than I did at 25, and I'm in better shape too.  That's not by accident.   

A sedentary, overweight &amp;amp;#38;amp; unhealthy life......now THAT would suck.  My parent went that route.  Not me.</description>
