Does anyone have any knowledge of the effects of taking NSAIDs (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs) and bodybuilding? I take 500 mg Naproxen for arthritis.

nsaids long term can cause liver and kidney problems. degenerate the joints. these only mask the pain not the cause. try MSM for the pain. use like 6000 mg a day for a month and then cut back to half. also white willow bark for the pain. works like aspirin w/out the side effects. good luck.

Chris I’ve had some bad knees and bum shoulders most of my adult life and I take a product called Flex-a-min. It contains every ingredient known to ease joint inflamation and degeneration. Glucosamine, Chondroitin, Hyaluronic Acid, MSM, Boswellia Serrata and silica. It really does the job for me….give it a try and see what you think. nsaids are bad news my friend.
