Can’t see a definitive change
I’d like to post some new progress pics, but every time I have some taken I can’t see any definitive change since the previous ones. Weight, bf%, and girth measurements have changed for the better, but I personally "see" no change, so I don’t post pics.

If your measurements have changed, than you must have improved. Sometimes we are our own worst critic.

Thanks for taking the time to respond. Several people have told me those very words. I have considered working towards a contest, but then think; "No one wants to see an old man flexing in his underwear..lol
