Well my daughters wedding is over. It went great, she was a beautiful bride and I wish them a lifetime of happiness. But now that the wedding trip is over and my wife and daughter are out of school for the summer there will be no more distractions from training. Family will always come first but it’s nice to know i’ll have at least 8 weeks without any interruptions to get my ass back to what it takes to achieve the goals we set in this lifestyle we live. Supplements are ready and I’m ready and refreshed to hit it hard so stay tuned for more.

Man things have been hectic around the Shelly household for the past few weeks. The wife and daughter are finishing up the school year so getting to the gym has been a real challenge to say the least, but hey you do what you can right! I also wanted to put up some progress pics but wouldn’t you know our camera was stolen by someone while my wife had the kids at the zoo on friday it really sucks that the world is full of dishonest people. At least the kids are okay a camera can be replaced. So as soon as that happens I get some progress pics up. My oldest daughters wedding is fast approaching so I’m still working on that goal for now. Well that is it for now hope everyone has a peaceful/enjoyable Memorial Day and remember if you see a Vet thank them for it as this USAF Vet of 21 years service thanks all the Military members still in the trenches taking care of buisness Stay Safe and get home soon!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Reason I’m asking. I work out after work 8am and go home around 9:30 straight to sleep so I can get up and be with my wife and kids by 5pm. So I always drink a shake after I work out at the gym and I don’t eat again until I get up. Anyone have any thoughts to get the most benefits for building muscle on this schedule of mine? by the way I do eat whole food meals through the night at work (5-6 depending on work) thanks
