Setting Goals

I just set a bunch of measurement goals that i hope to have achieved by this time next year…I think with a little help from training partners and a good drive that i hope i still have i will achieve these goals if not be close to them. I thank everyone for the comments they leave me it helps to encourage me to keep doing what we all love doing. BODYBUILDING BABY!!

FUELING THE FIRE!!!!

Don’t you just love a good workout built on desire and (in my case) a little aggression. The F*ckin Ex-girlfriend decided to show up to my gym and try and talk shit to the staff and give me a bad image. So like it says she fueled the fire to give me an awesome leg workout. Pushing 10 reps of 780 for 3 sets my legs felt so good. I just wish i could have workouts like that all the time through out my entire week.

  Well we all know that the leaner and more defined you look, the better you look. Well i love that look and the attention you get but i hate the fact that my lifting stats just keep going down. Maybe its my diet or something i dont know but i have tried to keep pushing that heavy weight. My body weight is down but my clothes are just as tight. I wish i could take my measurments but i dont want to take them until near show time. (Which is far off) Alot of this is pretty random but hey i am a random guy.

SO every one hates a whinner but you know what the only thing keeping me going is the anger i have developed being home. When the love of your life tells she that she still wants to be with you and lie to you to just keep playin with you heart really pisses me off!!! So everyday i have used that to build off of and feed off of and drive me and it has hit an all time high!!!

Moved Home and Even More Serious

Well i just recently posted a video that is kinda funny to me but yet at the sametime i am totally serious about what i do! I have been working with my girlfriend and her brother and i am telling you what this kid is 16 and is dedicated to bodybuilding just by working with me. Her on the other hand she is dedicated on dieting and looking good(which if i may say she already does to me)! But like it says i have moved home and i am back to the whole in the wall gym that got me started PRO FITNESS!! This place is awesome and is set with the right mind set to have if you are training unbelievably hard. The manager and owner complament me and Taylor every time we go in but yet come to me to congradulate me on things i havent even done yet and telling me that i need to compete now, they congradulate on wins i havent even had yet lol telling me congradulations on the Win in march lol. But in seriousness i am in a whole new mind set!!!

Changes

In these last few weeks i have leaned down quite a bit and i have put on a little bit of size but now I am wanting that fat so i can grow even bigger. So I have seen big results in my shoulders and my arms have tightened up but i still want bigger quads i have been working with a girl who trains for competitions and she has litterally beat the tar out of me and it feels good. I have never worked so hard in my life on my training and I am seeing results. And I love it.

Pain was never felt until NOW!!

  Heres the low down, alot of people think I am in shape and that I dont need to go further. With out that pain and growth i feel lazy and fat. So for this up coming year I am goin to put on at least 5 inches on my thighs (at bare minimum) I am goin to expand my back and chest even further and hope fully develop a body that will allow me to compete and help me to begin my body building career.
