And let me tell yah i always used to diss on high rep training but i have adapted to it and i would say i am using LIGHTER weights but not light. And it is kicking my ass i usually only sweat near the end of my workouts cause i take my time. But yesterday and today after the second set on my first workout i was dripping so hopefully this well prep me really well for the show in October.

Well now that spring has come they are havin alot more sport events where yours truely gets to drive them. Well every time the coaches step on they have to say something about my size, and ask if its hard&#8230;.but theres always that one cocky son of a ***** that has to be a dumb @s$ and say&quot; you gotta be on roids&quot; and my reply is always the same&#8230;&quot;Sorry to disappoint but I&#8217;m not!&quot; so to have these kinds of looks and statements made, makes me feel really good and i am lookin forward to october no matter how it turns out

I have been doin alot of cardio lately and have beging to get cut up well for me atleast haha. But I have finally gotten alot of other things out of the way and am ready to go back and show them who the really star at that gym is&#8230;&#8230;Long story short All natural pro Walter Barr(douche bag) is a trainer there who i guess feels intimidate by some one that is almost 24yrs younger then him stealin his thunder and He knows i am all natural but loves to tell his clients i am not&#8230;&#8230;Just cant wait to see the look on his face when he sees a leaner more hungrier ME.
