Here we go
Tuesday, July 15th, 2008So yesterday was the start of a brand new diet and workout routine for contest prep. And let me tell yah i always used to diss on high rep training but i have adapted to it and i would say i am using LIGHTER weights but not light. And it is kicking my ass i usually only sweat near the end of my workouts cause i take my time. But yesterday and today after the second set on my first workout i was dripping so hopefully this well prep me really well for the show in October.
