Today we focused on bodyweight exercises.

5 x 10 (wide, narrow, hammer and biceps grip)
Hanging Leg Lifts
4 x 25
Push Ups
2 x 25
Slant Board Crunches
2 x 25
Unassisted Sit Ups
2 x 25
10 flights of stairs, non-stop
Nice change of pace workout.
