I myself  have  eventually learned to accept nature's cruel punishment ,i.e metabolic slowing down in the oldies.So easy to accumulate fat(usually around lower abs...sigh )when one goes over one's caloric allowance.One also tends to forget that a certain number of one's muscle cells have died off (they burn calories) resulting in inefficient fat-burning.
It'll be up to you to &amp;amp;#34;titrate&amp;amp;#34; your carb intake cos you still want enough to give maximum energy but not to exceed the amount.
Because of this very problem I did my present blog ,disagreeing with full bulking up for oldies (&amp;amp;#34;mini bulking is ok)</description>
