Damn, I seem to be falling off, going on, falling off..what gives?? I cant seem to stick to this, but here we go again. It sucks. I’ve had stevep78’s PFD plan since JULY…and havent even finished the first two weeks!!! Its pretty sad to be honest, but I’m going to give it a go again. Hopefully this time I can stick to it, finally finish the first two weeks, and move on here. I’m starting to gain more here, its not good.

What a workout I had today!! Today is my push day, and let me tell you, my ass is beat!! I was going all out, pushing my ass to the brink, especially since I’ve been absent for almost three months. I have to tell you, even though I am sore as hell right now, I am really anxious to get into the gym tomorrow and do it all over again. I am following stevep78’s PFD program, so if you want to know what I’m doing, hit steve up and he’ll hook ya up!! After today, I know I dont want to ever skip a workout again. It sucks big time having time off, but I’m stoked to stick with this new lifestyle. BTW, the meal plan I am following is awesome!! I am never hungry, therefore I am not binging like I have done in the past.

I don’t know where to start off, but I have been not hitting the gym or eating right. I’m having a lot of thoughts going through my head, like going back to college, move out west or to florida(I live in Jersey now, hate it!!), get a better job, etc. I guess you can say I’m not happy with my current situation, and I want to make a change not physically, but emotionally and socially as well. I’ll be 29 soon(in December), should I go back to college, move out of jersey?? I know I have to hit the gym and get my eating habits down first, that’s what this is all about here, but I’m looking for some more advice here. What would you do??

Today was my mother’s 55th birthday. So today I didnt do much of anything except for getting ready for cleaning out my cupboards, throwing the **** out of the fridge, and getting ready to start stevep78’s pfd plan. I’ve been thinking about a couple of things, like how tough this transformation will be, how hard the first week will be, and the next couple of weeks after that. Once I get past week 3 I guess it will become habit, so I must be very tough on myself and make this happen with no ifs ands or buts. I am also imagining myself having a new body, new wardrobe, new outlook on life, new friends, the list goes on and on. Bottom line, I’m ready for this change…let’s do this!!

I made the decision…I got with stevep78 and signed up with him. I’m on the Psychotic plan, names sounds very daunting but I’m up for this!! I got the plan a little bit ago, and I’m really psyched!! I know a lot of you know steve, but for those who are new on here looking for a change, this dude is very personable and he is here to help you with reaching your goals!! I’m ready to make a change here, get rid of this fat, and live a healthier, happier and longer life with steve’s help.

Needless to say, being a restaurant manager, I was a busy guy all week long. I did eat well though, chowing down on grilled chicken, steamed veggies, tuna out of a pouch, oats and my protein shakes. As far as hitting the gym, that’s another story. I did my lifting before work, but cardio I didnt get to do. Dont get me wrong, I did cardio before I lifted(warm up), but I didnt do any sessions. After this hellish week(which ends tomorrow) I will get back into the swing, do cardio first thing in the morning, going to work when I’m supposed to, and we’ll be on track. My short term goal for the week is to stick to the diet, and dont **** up. If I can get that downpat, then I’m on the straight and narrow.

OK so I’m trying to crunch numbers here as far as fitting in my workouts, meals, and sleep patterns and came up with this…
Daily Schedule 1pm work
8am-cardio(HIIT)
830am Meal 1- ½ cup oats with ½ scoop whey protein
1030am Vassive NO shake
11am weights
12pm 2:1:1 recovery
130pm Meal 3- 1 tbsp natural pb with 1 banana on 2 slices wheat bread
330pm meal 4- 1 pouch tuna or 5oz chicken with 2 cups romaine and ½ cup brown rice
6pm meal 5- pouch of tuna with 2 cups green veggies
9pm Meal 6- casein protein shake
This looks logical, hopefully I can make this schedule work.

I have one of those work schedules that really vary from day to day…working at a restaurant I either come in at 11am and work until 8 or I go in at 1pm and work till 11 or 12, depending on the day. Trying to do cardio in the morning, getting enough sleep, getting in my weight training, holy shit, my head is spinning here. Please tell me its possible to make all this happen. My gym is between my house and restaurant, so that makes it a bit easier. If I go to bed at 2am, wake up at 8am, do cardio for an hour, then lift at 11am, head to work by 1pm and get home by 11, that doesnt seem too too bad. But if I have work at 11am, then I have to get up at 8am for cardio and lift right after my cardio, then shower at rush to work by 11am. I’m not bitching at all, I’m just putting this out there to see if this makes sense and that I’m not the only one out here trying to fit everything into schedule.
