A healthy level of narcissism

I have always been one to enjoy looking at myself in the mirror, even when I may not feel like I look good at the moment.

I honestly believe there is a healthy level of narcissism that people can and should have. I think people who work out and take care of themselves are on that level.

The thing I discovered recently is, the power of a picture of yourself at a point in your life where you are not at all proud of how you have let yourself go. Which is what I am experiencing at the moment. I stare at my progress picstures and I look in the mirror alot at the gym. It helps me to see the real me and who I can become if I allow myself.

I agree with you to a certain point. I cant stand to see a person in the gym just thinking they are the best thing since slice cheese LOL. BUt i do agree with you and i believe looking at your self and you can physically see the change is a big boost to us. Normally people around you see the changes before we do and when we can see them ourselves it pumps us up and makes us even train harder at least it does for me

Ya I see what you are saying. I am not that type of person you mentioned but I think it helps to really take a good look at yourself, even if its everyday to remind you of your why’s and whatnot. I just need to make sure I dont get out of hand with my mirror looking thats all haha!!!
