Tonight I am printing out some workout logs and other stuff I find that is printable and will help me in the gym. I really must get over this whole procrastination thing and get this crap done especially if I am saying that I am gonna do it and then take for ever and a day to actually do it.
I am not getting any younger so I better be getting better looking. At least thats how I feel about it.
I feel good tonight. I worked out a bit before I came into work. My pants feel like they fit better and I feel like I look pretty good tonight!!!
So anyways, got my lemon water and my motivation. Now its time to find some stuff to print out.
p.s. I am printing it out on my work computer, good use of company resources and time huh? Just don’t tell the boss!!!

I have always been one to enjoy looking at myself in the mirror, even when I may not feel like I look good at the moment.
I honestly believe there is a healthy level of narcissism that people can and should have. I think people who work out and take care of themselves are on that level.
The thing I discovered recently is, the power of a picture of yourself at a point in your life where you are not at all proud of how you have let yourself go. Which is what I am experiencing at the moment. I stare at my progress picstures and I look in the mirror alot at the gym. It helps me to see the real me and who I can become if I allow myself.

Just got back from the gym. Did a little treadmill action and some sit ups. Nothing too big.
I found a journal that I am going to bring with me to the gym to write down all of the stuff that I do. Also the next few days off I am going to print out some detailed workouts from bb.com I have seen other people write down stuff and I think it would be quite effective for me. Then in a few months I am going to be able to get a personal trainer so they can work me out…
OMG so I prefer to work out before I go to work and since I work at 11pm I go to the gym a bit later when there are less people. Anyways so I had the day off and I went at like 5pm and it was super busy AND I realized its like a freekin high school reunion there…not that its a big deal or anything because I saw my crush!!! But seriously I saw more people from high school tonight there than I have anywhere else.
Maybe I can find a work out buddy?!?!

Today I worked out, well I should say I did a little on the treadmill then sat in the sauna for a while but I made it in there. I figured out a time schedule and now I know what time I can workout before going to work.
I think for me especially since I work overnights that its better to work out before I go into work. I have alot more energy right now and I am completly motivated to get some stuff done…

Oh and I almost forgot… So I know that really in essence if you were to eat a balanced diet and excersise you probably dont need supplements or even a multi vitamin. I feel that for me and my body I do not eat as balanced of a diet as I would like to be eating at the moment. Mainly due to not sitting down, budgeting and figuring out what to eat and cook for myself. I have not been eating any fast food crap though so thats good.
Anyways I was dong some research here on bb.com for what would be a good supplement to get me back on track and some energy. I found some good stuff on Lipo 6
and decided to give it a try. So I went to GNC ( why didn’t I just buy it from here? ) along with some awesome multi vitamins. Then I posted something about it on facebook (add me as a friend http://www.facebook.com/blustraggler )about it and OMG a few people had a total freak out on my statis update. They were all like you dont need to take anything just diet and excersice and that stuff can be dangerous and blah freekin blah. I was like really? Because I am sure you people have done any research and are nutritionists. Its not like I am gonna be taking the stuff forever I just felt like I could use little somethingo get me revved up again.
I know my body and I know that I will be just fine with what I am taking. Why would any of that stuff be accessable and marketed if it could kill you, obviously if it is found to be dangerous it will be recalled just like Hydroxy Cut was.

Meh
is the emotion that I have felt for about 2 months now.
I moved out of my parents house (finally) and have been straight chillin at home being a bum. Then my friend who asked me a while back was all like I want to do a photo shoot on monday Oct 26 and I was all like but I am not ready because I still am not comfortable taking body shots of myself. He had told me about this months ago and I said that I would be ready yet I have not worked out at all Lame. So what I decided is that we will go ahead woth the photo shoot but I am going to have him take some before pictures against a white back round and post them on my bodyspace.
Also at my new house there is this built in cabinet thing in the dining room with a mirror that is waist high. So it only shows my butt to top of my waist. I was thinking that I could do like a daily picture in the mirror of my waist. That way I am forcing myself to come to bb.com everyday (this time for real unlike the last few times I said I was gonna come everyday) and gives me something to look at for progress. Makes sense to me
And OMG there is theeeee cutest guys at my gym. I don’t talk to them by any means but its good eye candy and motivation because I know a man who takes care of his body wants a woman who takes care of hers.
