I was just not feeling it today.  I did some shoulder presses, cable shoulder work, front db raises and lateral db raises.  No cardio.  I was just tired and ready to get out of there for some reason.  :( :( :(

Interesting workout today.  I intended on doing upper back and biceps, but by the time I was finishing up with my back, I started feeling light-headed and nauseous.  So, I will have to hit biceps another day.  I finished up with 40 minutes on the bike since I wasn’t feeling great.

Cardio cardio cardio.  I did lots ‘o cardio today.  25 minutes on the treadmill - 30 minutes on the elliptical - and 10 minutes on the bike.  Felt pretty good.  I am going to stick with this heavy-cardio split for a while.  Gotta drop some major fat!

Hit the gym pretty well today.  First time I haven’t really felt "sick" for a while.  I did about 20 mins on the bike before I lifted.

 I hit chest and tris today.  Felt pretty good.  Went up a little bit on my DB bench press.  My triceps felt like they were going to explode by the time I was winding up my workout.

Back in the gym today after missing again yesterday.  I went to the med center yesterday and they told me I have an ear infection and a sinus infection.  I’m laying off all my supps for the time being because they put me on some antibiotics.

 So anyway, I haven’t been able to sleep the last two nights.  This morning about 5:00am I decided I might as well go to the gym since I couldn’t sleep.

I did some shoulder work today.  DB presses, lateral raises, front raises and rear raises.  Finished it off with some DB shrugs.  Pretty standard.

Finally back in the gym today!  I did some leg work today after warming up on the bike.  My legs felt pretty sore immediately.  I don’t know if it’s from the 3 days off or what.  On paper, it didn’t look like I worked them too hard, but it definitely felt otherwise.

 I’m just glad to be back working out.  Still not completely over my sickness, but much better.

No workout again today.  I have some stomach bug or something.  I thought I was going to get sick all morning.  What sucks is I can never stay on a good diet while I’m sick.  I always give in and eat something bad when I feel sick.

Grueling workout today.  At least I remembered by GB/WB.  I did some back and bis today.  I worked out with another officer and we pushed each other pretty well.  I was exhausted by the end of it.  Felt good though.
