					<description>How long have you been training? That statement is not going to be the case. More is most definitely not always better with any physique change. More details on your training would help. However, much more important than that is the question of what your nutrition looks like and if you're eating too much or too little. I always look at nutrition first because its usually the real problem more often than not.</description>
