My mother in law has been sick for a while. Suddenly about a week and a half ago she took a REALLY bad turn for the worse and died Sunday morning. I haven’t lifted or eaten right since she got bad as we have been “on call” the entire time. The viewing is today and funeral in the morning. I am planning a return to the weights in a couple days accompanied by my wife hopefully.

KETO GONE

Well I had to scrap the keto diet due to severe leg cramps. I am not SURE it was a result of the diet but it coincided with it every time I tried it and it leaves whan I start eating good carbs again. I am doing a 50-30-20 diet now. I don’t feel quite as good on it but the cramps are GONE.

Well lets see where we are at

The past 2-3 weeks have been kind of a feeling out period for me to see exactly where I am at strength wise. I ate FAIRLY clean and did drop a few pounds and the waist line dropped slightly. Now that I have an idea of where I am at I am gonna start a solid routine tomorrow. I am still up in the air with the type of diet I wanna do but the keto type seems to work great for me. Then again so does any that I really stick with. If my pride does not stop me I will put up a pic or two tomorrow as a starting reference.
