Been a while

Ok my new blog since. I am off the NOS blast, and it is affecting my workouts. I am still doing the same amount of weight but I am winded after maybe 4 exercises. I’ve dropped 2lbs hopefully drop about 5 more and that will be it. Right now I am at 202lbs. As I got off of the NOS blast I immediately went onto purple wrath and this I’ve only taken it once. Not that great of a taste, especially for a drink that you have to keep sipping throughout your workout. Damn thing cost 50$ shit better work. My size has increased but lost alot of the tone. Thats why I havn’t taken alot of pictures lately. I will be shredding the next few weeks so hopefully I will look better than before. Until further.

Arm day by myself =T

Well I usually like to do arms with a partner but today I was on my own. It wasn’t too bad but wasn’t the most intense. Throughout the year I usually work out on my own but man when you have a partner you do feel the difference in the amount you really push yourself. Tomorrow is another day!

Day 6 Chest

Wednesday, May 14th, 2008

Again went up and have done every body part since taking NOS. Well I can say that I have went up on weights on everything and starting to see some good gains. You can see my stats and see how much of a increase from just for the 1st week of taking it. Immediate gains. Only thing lets see how long this will hold for. Well the 1st week is done and I love it so far I recommend this product. Now let’s see some size increase.

Day 5 Shoulders

Ok well today kinda sucked. Was good my whole workout till just finishing up on my 5th exercise the gym is paging me to come to the front for a phone call and when i get there the phone noone was there. The gym receptionist tells me my sister has been on a head on collision not too far from the gym I rush out of the gym in the middle of my work out. Pretty bad accident, after my sister went to the hospital to do some tests everything is ok, just a little shaken up. Well right now going to attempt going back finish up on some abs and maybe do a little swimming. Oh yeah NOS Blast was great with this throughout my whole work out again did more weights than usual. This is pretty instant noticeable gains

Day 4 Back

Monday, May 12th, 2008

Another good write up. Did dead lifts 325 lbs 5 times. Last week I was doing 295lbs 6 times. Feeling extremely sore from my leg work out yesterday because I don’t think I ever worked out on legs as hard as I did yesterday. Overall workouts everything I went up on weight. Did about 60 pull ups. With 1 set doing 18 without slowing down. Again no fatigue so I’m going to go through every body part with a blog and review on this product before I stop.

Day 3 with NOS doing legs

Wow! Today was the greatest leg workout ever. I was squating 360lbs 6 reps and that’s more than I have ever done. I went through the whole work out without any tiredness and I would think after the workout I would be tired but I just go into a normal state. I am getting great pumps from this but we’ll see the effects of this in terms of muscle growth. Plus I’m drinking tons of water going to the bathroom every 30 min

Day 2 of NOS Blast

Pretty good I did arms today. Got a little light headed on my last workout. But whole workout was pretty intense had a partner today showed me a few new exercises which I enjoyed very much. I need to put on some size feeling kinda small now.

First time using NOS Blast

Well decided to try using NOS Blast by precision engineered and I loved it. Felt no fatigue my whole work out and was pushing more weight than usual. NO Xplode I used it about 5 times and I crash after 30-40 min this one kept me going my whole work out. So we’ll see this was only the first time
