Go Time!!

Alright,  I stand 15 weeks out for the Red River Competition out in Norman OK.  Last night I went all out… pizza and hot wing!!! Holy!  Not only that some apple pie with vanilla ice cream for dessert.  That will be the last time I eat that.  I have cleaned up my diet along with plenty of H2O.  First day and I feel so energetic! I had my cardio session early this morning on an empty stomach, lifted in the afternoon then hit up my cardio again to end my day. Great way to start my first day.

It’s time to break through the barriers.  I have come to realize that challenges will come up no matter what that will keep me from accomplishing this competition.  To keep me on track I will be posting my stats and pictures. In saying so it is GO TIME!!!

    LOL thanks… When I want to splurg shoot I will DIVE in and I know that is bad. but hey I can eat pretty clean! Thank you for the support! This is day 3!

    hi there, i love the blog. 16 wks out and you are already doing two a day cardio sessions. You are truly hardcore. i am going to do that next month, but only for two to three weeks. 16 wks of that would kill me, but that is true determination and desire. Good luck on your contest prep. How’s your diet?

    Thank you J Wes! LOL Hardcore I dunno maybe just crazy… no but this just last week I thought that I would stagger out my cardio to every other day just to kick it in gear. I cleaned up my diet from all junk food really. I know I am ahead of the game but better that then behind. I am preparing to lay out my diet for my 12 weeks prep!
