Leg day was completed, and I am still fighting off this awful cold. I had two classes to teach at the gym on Friday and apologized to them because I couldnt be my over-the-top, energetic self. I have the same two classes with most of the same people tomorrow morning, and I am not feeling much better today. I plan on getting into the gym later for a run, and I am hoping that will help me feel better. I am taking my vitamins, drinking lots of fluids, and getting plenty of rest; do not worry!
Anyone hear of Dave Ramsey? Well, in my attempts to keep up with my workouts, full-time college student status, and my 40-50 hour work weeks between both jobs, I am doing my best to follow his suggested approach to financial peace. I have just over one year of college left also, so it will take me a while to get through it since I am still taking out college loans. However, my total debt after 6yrs of college is under 12 grand. So, I will not complain. But, the other night the lady friends got together for a night out, and I really felt guilty for spending the $15 on my meal. How sad is that?
I doubt my cold is causing me to lose weight. I would normally be in the gym to run at least a mile a day and havent been able to, so I dont believe it will do me much harm. I have still been lifting, but I lifted pretty light yesterday. My energy is just about drained. So, my apologies to those whom I have not been able to respond back to. I appreciate your comments and will do my best to get back to you as soon as I feel better.
Many thanks! [126]

Just when improvement began taking high priority, I became sick. That’s where I am at today. I am sick. After my brother moved in nearly two weeks ago, he was sick last week. Thanks bro. My turn. SO, the plan today is to stick to the plan. Unfortunately, it is leg day. I plan on finishing some homework, taking a nice long warm shower to clear my lungs, and then I will head to the gym. Wish me luck. I will keep you posted on my progress. I may be working with a friend in a couple weeks, so I dont know how that will go yet. Anyway, keep working hard, stay consistent, and I will check in with you all soon!

Alright,
So, I didn’t do too well, or perhaps I did TOO MUCH! I worked out, then helped a new guy teach the core class, then ran a mile, and THEN took quick participation in what did not turn out for me a full hour of BOOT CAMP. Let me tell you! Ha. I need to get conditioned! I told the gals in the morning that I could do a BOOT CAMP class, but I could not even get through this one! Of course, I was completely ready to go home and eat and shower after my mile run[, and a straight mile run at that]! I was quite proud from not doing the walk, run, walk, run method. So, the goal is to make it through BOOT CAMP next week!
So, I am about to work on some homework, make some dinner, and then go to bed so I can be up early in the morning for another run! I am going to try and push three miles tomorrow. I dont want to kill myself through it; I plan to take it slow. I will also need to do some myofascial release with a foam roller before and after to get out the pain in my legs! So, keep with me! I did weigh myself and did a body comp, but I was in mid-workout and might be better off trying again this morning.
Keep after me! I have A LOT of work to do!

Okay, so I’ve been extremely strict with my finances, time, eating habits, and have been pushing myself to get into the gym more often. So, today I went in for a short massage at the local salon, and now I feel amazing! This wasn’t even the full body massage, and let me tell you it was worth every penny. I did not want to get off the massage table!
So, the journey continues. I am planning on going for a run at the club a bit later, but I think I will go down by the river for a while to read. I am currently into NeanderTHIN, which appears to be quite fitting. I am sensitive to a lot of foods; I have a very unforgiving digestive system. The book describes eliminating a lot of the foods that make me "sick," so I am going to venture my way into it a little deeper.
Work was good this morning. I got an extra hour in, since someone did not show up on time, and was able to introduce myself to one of my favorite client’s daughters. I also was able to have a wonderful talk with my former boss, who motivates me to the core! I have a lot of work to do today, but I am trying my best to relax and enjoy the sunshine!
I will try to update my body fat and weight later today, if not tomorrow. Much love!
