Okay, so yesterday I did today’s workout and today I did yesterday’s. I was going to go back yesterday, but I was so tired that I had fallen asleep in my car for about an hour and then went inside for a nap. But, I did finish everything today, so I rewarded myself with ten minutes at the tanner, my mini-vacation.
I still have yet to get the nutrition down 100%; I think I’m working at it about 80%. I know I still need to increase my calories and consume the right portions so many hours apart, but I will get there. Following the plan was how I made such great results last summer. I know I can do it. Either way my diet is clean, but I need to start weighing and planning the foods properly. It will be an ongoing process, but should be easier now that I will have more room at my new place.
I’m finishing the move today. Filling up the second load in the car, and the first load was halarious. I was sure I was going to get pulled over. I had a wooden chest filling up the front passenger and the stationary bike packed into the back seat with the handle bars nearly driving the car. A blanket surrounded the chest to protect the window and suitcases were packed around the bike. The best part was that once I got to my new home, it took half the time to take everything out as it did getting it all in the car. I’m so excited to be out of here, but after doing supersets this morning and having to drag all my belongings downstairs and back upstairs the only thing that is keeping me going is the nutritious lunch and the tall coffee I had with it. Shame on me; the coffee should no longer be in my diet!

So, I’ve stuck to the plan. Day one workout a success! It looks like I have about eight pounds of body fat to lose to reach my goal, and as much lean mass gain as possible! I told myself that if I dont miss a workout then I can continue to go tanning. And, when I get myself back down to 17% body fat I will take myself to get a massage.
So, I finish my move this week, and by Wednesday I will be free from the chaos that has driven me mad the last six months. I’m posting some new pictures today. Its the beginning, again. I am feeling good today!

I am beginning tomorrow a new 21-week program, which will run from April 27th to September 20th, 2008. The hardest part will be adapting to the nutrition program that recommends I eat an average of 3000 kilocalories daily. I currently barely make 2000 calories, but the intensity will increase, and this will be the best thing for my body. I am moving this week as well, so I hope the moving will help me relax and ease into this program successfully.
I feel like a whole new life for me is beginning. This move will be my third in the last year, but it was under my preferred conditions. I think this will help me to get more done throughout the day and stay focused, as I will no longer be living with roommates. Summer is fast approaching and the warmer weather is helping me focus on nutrition, especially hydration, and eating cleaner. I have a lot of people pushing me to reach my goals lately, and the fact that I can leave reminders all over my new home thrills me with the most of excitement!
I need to make a new calender for the year, but I have plenty of time to do that this week. Either way, this is going to be one of the better choices I make this year. There will be a lot of changes this month, and the need for me to stay on track is more necessary now than ever! Wish me luck, and if I don’t keep this updated yell at me!

Do you ever have it where the computer freezes and you restart it or unplug it and turn it back on? I’m afraid this is what I need (once again)!
I’ve been doing well and sticking to a more well-balanced diet. I began to lift again but still havent been able to stick to a consistent schedule. I am moving again, for the third time in six months, next week. I am moving into a place that allows me to be within one mile from the gym, which I hope will help promote me to get myself moving around to it more often. Also, I will finally be living on my own, so hopefully that will help as well; a constant stress will be lifted. I still know that I need to work on getting more sleep, and hopefully I will be able to work on that more once I am no longer living with the barking dogs!
As far as my body fat goes, I fear of taking a test anytime soon. I feel that this last week has been really good for me; I feel healthier and more tight. Still, I dont feel like I did last summer, and I hope that I can get my focus back once I get moved in and on my way. I will try to better keep updated, as it also helps me to keep on track!
