Ok, so I know I wont be blogging every day…I do have a life, but for now I will, until I get my routine down again. I used to workout every day no matter what happened…I just need to get back into it.
So…I did well today. I didn’t get up at 4am…ended up getting up at 5am and missed my workout time, had to go to work (that goal was a miss.)
I did eat all my meals in decent time AND I avoided all the cookies, cakes, and chocolates the docs bought us for nurses week. I pat myself on the back for that one! Lord knows my weakness is cookies!(super HIT on that goal!)
After work I made it to the gym and did both legs and 45 min of cardio. It was a longer session than I wanted…but I had to do it…punishment for snoozing on the alarm for a whole hour. (so a competent HIT on this goal.)
So now it is 10pm…I am dead tired and heading to bed.
Goals for tomorrow (most the same as today):
1. Get up at 5am make all the meals for the day and pack em’ up so I can run with them if I need to.
2. Cardio @ 9am (Off today, no weights)
3. Eat all my meals about 3hrs appart.
4. Get to bed by 11pm
