Thursday, May 29th, 2008I have been busy, but keeping up with my diet routine…except for lastnight at work. I had a weak moment where I was starving and had to keep running (crazy day at work). I only had yogurt and broccoli packed for lunch…and needed some protein. I ended up with beef briskit a baked potato and califlower. I ate way too much and my stomach was screaming at me because it is now used to eating clean food. Ack…stupid stupid me…I should have kept with what I was doing.
Since starting this the first week of May I have lost 11 lbs. I am happy with that. I have 9 lbs till I hit my targer weight. My legs are getting leaner as well as my waist. My weight loss will slow down since I have lost all the water weight…now its time to get the ball rolling on all this flippin fat!
 Here is my diet plan for this week until Monday.
Meal 1:Â yogurt 1 cup/oats 1/2 cup/ frozen strawberries 1/2 cup
Meal 2:Â egg whites 6 lg
Meal 3:Â tuna 4oz/ spinach 1 cup
Meal 4:Â cottage cheese 4 oz/ pineapple 1/2 cup
Meal 5:Â chicken 4oz/ broccoli 1 cup
Meal 6:Â yogurt 1 cup/ soy nuts 1 oz
Meal 7:Â egg whites 6 lg/ spinach 1 cup
I am hoping to weigh 138 by Monday and I wish I had someone who could do a body comp so I could truly track my fat loss.
