~Ouch…talk about missing the gym for about a week….. my body is really going to feel those squats…my leg kept giving out, so instead of doing my usual sprints, I walked- I know my body and I know when too much is too much, don’t want to end up hurt or worse!!! I think I did pretty good on the front squats, I wanted to do more weight but the amount of reps that was prescribed, there was no way into doing more weight…but hopefully I will be able to in the future!~
