30 min walk on treadmill

~Ouch…talk about missing the gym for about a week….. my body is really going to feel those squats…my leg kept giving out, so instead of doing my usual sprints, I walked- I know my body and I know when too much is too much, don’t want to end up hurt or worse!!! I think I did pretty good on the front squats, I wanted to do more weight but the amount of reps that was prescribed, there was no way into doing more weight…but hopefully I will be able to in the future!~

Ouch!!! Hurt!! First time back in the gym from 1 week and half!! My body is loving this!!!

Cardio- Sprinting on treadmill 30 min at incline 1.0
5 min walk on 3.5 mph
sprint 6.0 mph 1 min
walk on 3.5 mph 2 min
repeat

I usually walk on 3.5 mph and sprint on 8.0 mph, but I figured I wouldn’t put my body in that much shock. I feel SO GOOD.

Missing my Bodyspace Family

Been awhile since I’ve been online. Been busy busy busy. I’m sitting in my own brand new home!!! Still boxes are around me, I need to unpack, I have been sleeping on the floor because my bed isn’t here yet!! But I’m loving life!!!
Just wanted to thank the support I still have from my Bodyspace friends, who I call my family. Thanks for all the love!! Without my family, I wouldn’t have made it this far and I’m so glad to share my dreams, my plans for the future with you all!!!
Just got back from the gym!!! I’m hungry!!
