~I’ve searched high and low to find this video on ebay, its a Pilates video from Denise Austin, and I swear by it, its the only video that shows results and also FEEL results. Plus I want to be in shape as well as being flexible.~

Rest Day.
I went to the sauna to relax my mind and my body. Been awhile since I’ve been to the sauna so I forgot a pillow, and it was hard but I laid on my arms when I laid down. Next time I’m bring a pillow. I wish I could have brought my phone, I was a little bored- but next time I’ll bring a magazine, and a waterproof watch so I can watch the time!!

~First I have to say, I didn’t know what I was thinking, but I knew the bench bar itself weighs 45 lbs, I wanted to push myself and planned to do 50 lbs. Ummm, I added 5 lbs to each side of the bar, and didn’t think anything of it…until I got home. I told Will what I did, and he said, "you did 55 lbs." I couldn’t believe I could do 55 lbs, well because of my goofiness, I realized, I can!! Ha, maybe I can do more next time…~

~Man, those overhead squats nearly killed me. Its been awhile since I did them so, I modified it from 15 to 10 reps to make sure I can make good time. Next time I will do the regular perscribed workout. My arms are killing me ouch!!
