Monday 090330

So I worked out for 2 hours today. Why? To shed these extra pounds I gained over my birthday. So I’m on a cardio binge, doing every cardio machine I look at. The Treadmill is my haven. I love to run, I get lost in it. I’m more into Sprinting now, I sprint for 1 min at my max (8.0) and I recover walk for 2 min (3.5) Really gets my heart beating and the sweat pouring. Plus the stairmaster has always been a favorite. This is the first day I’ve actually done cardio alone. So with me working third shift last night, I have to take a nap and get on the right schedule!

CARDIO

15 min of fast paced walking
15 min of sprinting, 1 min run on 6.0 mph, 2 min walk on 3.5 mph

Oliptical 10 min
Bicycle 10 min
Butt Olliptical 10 min

~I’m trying to shed pounds quick. So I’m doing cardio only for total of 1 hr a day. I might do this for a week straight, or until I get to my goal. ~

Food..

I have to keep remembering to pack my lunch. This is the hardest part. I live in Antioch, Tn and I ALWAYS visit the family whenever I get a chance, Bowling Green, KY. This past weekend I came in to town, having to take my father into cateract surgery…I forgot to pack my food. SOOO…I had to eat whatever was in the house. Now, this is my sisters place that I stay at, who has a 5 year old and a 1 year old. With nothing but fruit roll-ups, pizza, rice krispy treats…what is a girl to do?? I tried eating the best I could, but today, my body is telling me I’ve done wrong. I feel sluggish and tired, and a little sad. Things will be better.

I will remember next time.

Run 400 meters
20 inch Box Jump
10 lbs Wall Ball
Total time 15 min

~first time back to the gym since my two week vacation. Ahhh I just kicked my own ass~

~I drove to the gym today- got into the parking lot, and a migraine hit me…If I haven’t mentioned it before, my migraines are the worst, and I have to take special medication for it, which since I just got back from vacation, my medicine was in my travel bag. I had to call Will to come get me, since I couldn’t even see. *sigh* I guess I will do my workout tomorrow.
