Monday, March 30th, 2009So I worked out for 2 hours today. Why? To shed these extra pounds I gained over my birthday. So I’m on a cardio binge, doing every cardio machine I look at. The Treadmill is my haven. I love to run, I get lost in it. I’m more into Sprinting now, I sprint for 1 min at my max (8.0) and I recover walk for 2 min (3.5) Really gets my heart beating and the sweat pouring. Plus the stairmaster has always been a favorite. This is the first day I’ve actually done cardio alone. So with me working third shift last night, I have to take a nap and get on the right schedule!
